Equipped with 4 advanced ERW lines, 4 spiral lines, 2 3PE anti-corrosive lines, 1 plastic outer/epoxy inner coating line, and 1 insulation steel pipe line.
Our annual output for SSAW steel pipe (Ф219mm-Ф3000mm, W.T: 5mm-30mm) reaches 100 thousand tons. The annual output of ERW (Ф33.4mm-Ф273mm, W.T: 3mm-14mm) is 300 thousand tons. Steel grades include Q235B, Q345B, GR.B, H40, J55, K55, X42, X52, X70, X80, N80, P235, P265, S235, S275, S355. Additionally, the annual output of anti-corrosive steel pipe (Ф50mm-Ф2540mm) is 3 million square meters, and insulated steel pipe is 500 thousand square meters.

Excellent production equipment, processed Ф89, Ф140, Ф168, Ф273mm, four ERW welded pipe production lines and 600mm, 1500mm, 1800mm three longitudinal shear lines. The Size range is OD: Ф33.4mm to Ф273mm, thickness 3mm to 14mm. To ensure the development of steel pipes with special specifications, we actively enlarge our investment in equipment to support our customers' long-term needs.
Spiral Welded Pipe Producing Equipment
Four advanced double-side spiral submerged ARC welded steel pipe production lines, producing OD: Ф219mm-3000mm, thickness 5mm-30mm, Grade X80 double-side spiral submerged Arc welded pipe. These lines feature not only high deposition rates but also anatexis ability, quality welded seams, and high compactness. The appearance of the welded seam is flat and smooth, satisfying various strict project demands.
